The Ragnedda family of Capichera Winery are re-developing this parcel of land at the north end of the island. It has been in the family for several hundred years, but was formerly used to graze sheep. The house on the property will be restored. Note the bungee cord on the red Ducati side case. at one point it popped open at 70 mph, a bit disconcerting to say the least!
